The scope mount just replaces the rear sight leaf on your Nagant rifle. Features a weaver base mount that will fit most any rifle/pistol scope, red dot scope and other aiming devices. Comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. Will fit most Mosin Nagant 91/30, M38, M44, Type 53 and Polish & Russian Nagants. Note that surplus rifles like the Mosin Nagants may have had parts changed out during their prior Military service or may have been manufactured with dimensions that are not true to Mil-Spec. This is often the case with rifles that where used during war periods. Some fitting to the mount may be required.
